I'm fan of sushi. I have tasted severals restaurants in Montreal where the best of them served great fresh sushis. I was thinking that in Vancouver, sushis would taste even more fresher due to its proximity with ocean and Japan! We went to Shabusen (which is not too bad but wasn't as fresh as I am used to), Yamamoto (sort of fast food), Happa Izakaya (first time to tast raw shrimp which is surprisinly good, nice place, but still looking for better sushi), all you can eat near of Happa Izakaya (very digusting). Our appetite is not satisfied yet as the sushi we tasted here do not compared to quality level of Montreal's ones! We really want the best fresh sushis, made by Japanese owner! Where are they? Do they exist in Vancouver? I heard about Tojo, but it's kind of pricy.. are there others?
